My Background
I decided to quit my job working in the oil industry to pursue a life where I could spend more time doing what I enjoy. This led me to working on small boats, taking photographs, and playing music. Converse Perspective is where I intended to share some stories from this journey.
Photography as Communication
Converse Perspective borrows multiple meanings from the word converse to simplify my goal with this project. First; to exchange thoughts and opinions in speech: talk. Also; reversed in order, relation, or action.
With Converse Perspective, I hope to encourage other people to discuss and share their perspectives. I believe by looking at things from another perspective, we can learn the truth. This then leads to connection and harmony instead of confusion and chaos.
